Qualifications & Experience

I completed five years of training in psychotherapy at Regents University London, a leading training institution in the fields of Psychology and Psychotherapy. I have a Masters and Postgraduate Certificate in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling.


I have worked at a variety of clinical settings including Women and Health, an NHS-affiliated mental health organisation in North London, MIND in Camden and at private therapy clinics Farah Therapy Centre in Kensington and Circle Psychology Partners in East Dulwich.


I am a full clinical member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy and abide by their code of ethics. I am also a registered member of the British Association for Psychotherapy and Counselling and am fully insured to practice.


I am mixed British/Chinese and grew up in Hong Kong. Before retraining as a psychotherapist, my career was in the field of political risk, with a focus on China. I also hold an MSc in Asian Politics from the School of Oriental and African Studies and an MA in Chinese Studies from Cambridge University.
